feather tutorial

heres my first tut and its on the edges.
first off all download all these plug ins in
http://www.boltbait.com/pdn/
next go to start, remeber to download the feather one thats the main thing im talking now, and click on search then click all files and folders then search upon what this picture shows
then when its done click the paint.net folder
then click on the effect folder with in it
then put all the downloaded archies of effects that should end in .dll
then just like me it should end up like this, but then again i put other effects that will be put in a tut soon.
note: the left one is what it looked before feather and the right one is what happens with feather, i didnt want to crop well so ignore the bad cropped umbrella.oh and one last thing when your doing these steps

HAVE PAINT NET OFF!!!

You show me something. Not actully how to make cool sigs. Nevermind, It may help other people. I just may be Dumb and cant understand.

lol um im not sure what u mean, but fine making aa cool tut on making cool sigs, but that means u wont fully understand how to make alot of stuff but the specific stuff i do
